Entry costs at Wednesday Open Graded Meetings are £10.00 for all events.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ENTRIES FOR 2025 ARE ONLINE ONLY AND NO ENTRIES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE DAY.

We regret we are not able to offer refunds for online entries as we still have to pay for the administration costs.

Please note that if no estimated times are given the entrant will be put into the slowest race and we cannot change this on the day of the meeting. 

Only athletes with a valid England Athletics or foreign registration may enter.

All events are mixed gender, except occasional higher standard middle distance races.

Under 13s (School Years 7 & 6) may only compete in those events allowed by UK Athletics rules – Not 400m nor 3000m nor Triple Jump.

Under 11s cannot compete at Wednesday night Open Graded Meetings – That is those children in Schools Years 5 and below.

Collection of numbers from 5.30pm. There may be separate desks for different events.  

Please note that you MUST register 30 minutes before the start of the event, NOT the time you anticipate you will be running, we cannot seed you if you haven’t registered.

Races are seeded slowest first.

Watford Harriers Open Graded Meetings are a World Ranking Competition endorsed by World Athletics.
