The seniors boast an array of talent from the ultra competitive to the fitness fanatic. Whether your're a serious athlete or training for fun, we cater for everyone. Our main session is on a Tuesday night, during the winter this takes place on the track and during the summer in the park (road runners only). Some of the road runners also meet on a Wednesday night for a 5-8 mile steady run. There is also an interval session in the park on a Saturday morning and a long steady run on a Sunday.

In the winter months the Seniors compete in the Chiltern Cross Country League and during the summer months the Southern Athletics League (SAL). We are always looking for athletes to fill these events so should you have an interest, please do get in touch. We have several designated road races throughout the season, for more info on road running and fixtures, please follow the link at the bottom to our designated road running page.

If you have an interest in Track, Field, Cross Country or Road Running either competing or just to discover your own talent why not “Come and Join Us” and enjoy the following benefits.
