Whether you're aiming to finish your first parkrun, gain a marathon PB, or just seeking a supportive group to build fitness, you've found your club!
While our base is the excellent Woodside Stadium track, we promise we're not just about speed. We welcome anyone over the age of 18, no matter their experience or ability. We use Woodside as a base for a variety of training that takes us onto the track, into the park, and out onto the roads and trails. We also run senior and junior sessions at the same time so the whole family can train.
We structure our main Tuesday and Thursday evening sessions to make you a fitter, stronger runner.
Tuesday
Interval sessions for speed
Warm-up from 6.30 PM for 7:00 PM start, Woodside Stadium
Thursday
Sessions on track, road, or trails for endurance

Saturday
Endurance runs

Organised frequently by members—everyone's welcome!
You won't find a coach standing on the sidelines shouting times. We set the session, lead the warm-up, and then run with you, offering gentle encouragement, helpful advice and motivation.
Competition is always optional but encouraged. We compete in various races and leagues throughout the year, including the Chiltern Cross Country League and the Southern Athletics League (SAL).
